NAPA Networking Rewards

Referrals by NAPA Employees

If you are a current NAPA employee and refer a clinical or corporate candidate who is hired, you will receive a referral reward.

For each clinician successfully hired within a calendar year, the reward ranges from $1,500-$20,000 per referred hire.

  • There are no limits on the number of referrals you can make.
  • Rewards vary based on the position taken: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem or 1099.

Get started by reviewing current job openings on the NAPA Careers website. If you find a position that would fit one of your friends, colleagues, or contacts, submit their information through our referral form. Please review our complete policies and procedures for this program.

NAPA Networking Rewards Policies

As part of our mission to be the Employer of Choice, NAPA maintains a program to reward individuals for referring their personal acquaintances for employment with NAPA when such referrals result in the hiring of referred candidates. The program, NAPA Networking Rewards program (“Networking Program”), applies exclusively to NAPA employees. The terms and conditions for participating in this program is set forth herein. Questions regarding these programs should be directed to the Talent Acquisition Team at napareferralforms@napaanesthesia.com.
  1. To participate in the Networking Program, the referrer must complete and submit the NAPA Networking Rewards Submission Form for the referral prior to the referred candidate’s interview. Each referral must be a unique candidate, as determined by NAPA and vetted by the NAPA Talent Acquisition Department, to be considered for a reward.
  2. Under the Rewards Promotions, the referrer must be personally acquainted with each referred applicant and have spoken to each referred candidate about NAPA.
  3. To be eligible for employment, the referred candidate must meet NAPA’s standard hiring requirements.
  4. Referrers under the Networking Program are eligible for a monetary reward for each anesthesiologist, certified registered nurse anesthetist, certified anesthesiologist assistant, and/or corporate staff member employed as a result of a referral subject to the terms and exceptions set forth in the Networking Program, as amended from time to time. Referrers are only eligible for payment under the Networking Program per referred candidate hired.
  5. The Networking Program only applies to current NAPA employees and resets every calendar year.
  6. Under the current Networking Program, each full-time clinical candidate successfully hired by NAPA will result in the referrer receiving a $20,000 reward after the referral’s start date. Each part-time clinical candidate successfully hired by NAPA will result in the referrer receiving a $4,000 reward after the referral’s start date. Each per diem or 1099 clinical candidate successfully hired by NAPA will result in the referrer receiving a $1,500 reward after the referral’s start date. For corporate careers, full-time candidates that are successfully hired by NAPA will result in the referrer receiving up to a $500 reward. Any and all rewards are subject to the terms and exceptions set forth in the Networking Program Rewards Promotions Policy.
  7. Under the Networking Program: In order for the referrer to receive the rewards, a referred candidate must: (1) begin providing services to NAPA on a full-time, active basis by the end of 2025; (2) complete 45 calendar days of employment; and (3) be in good standing. (4) Referred 1099 contractors must complete a minimum of 45 unique working days or 360 total hours with NAPA to qualify. (5) All referrals must be submitted prior to the candidate’s on-site interview to be considered valid. In addition, the referrer employee must be employed by NAPA at the time the reward is distributed. The referral is only valid for 12 months from the date of submission.
  8. Networking Program reward payments are not earned until the date of payment and will be paid through payroll. All rewards are subject to applicable taxes.
  9. All NAPA employees, excluding NMSC Vice Presidents and above, are eligible to participate in the NAPA Networking Program for clinician and corporate candidate referrals.
  10. In the case of more than one individual referring the same candidate hired, only one referral reward will be paid. The referral reward under the Networking Program will go to the individual whose NAPA Networking Submission Form was received first by the NAPA Talent Acquisition Department.
  11. NAPA reserves the right to change, modify, or end the NAPA Networking Rewards program at any time, with or without cause.
  12. If a referred clinician resigns, is terminated, or leaves NAPA within twelve (12) months of their start date, the referring clinician must repay the full referral bonus. If the referred clinician’s status changes from Full Time to Part-Time, Per Diem, or 1099 within twelve (12) months of hire, the bonus will be adjusted accordingly, and the referring clinician must repay any difference. Repayment is due within thirty (30) days of written notice from NAPA Human Resources.
  13. Chief Anesthesiologists, Chief CRNAs, and Chief CAAs must ensure that referral bonuses do not influence hiring decisions. All hiring must remain impartial, and the potential for a referral payout must not affect candidate‘s evaluation or selection in any way.

A referral will not be eligible for a reward if:

  • An employment agency fee is to be paid for the same candidate.
  • The referred candidate is a former NAPA employee.
  • The referred candidate is to be hired as a temporary/locum worker.
  • The referred candidate has participated in and/or completed a clinical rotation within the last 24 months at a NAPA site and/or any of its affiliates.
  • The referrer is a NMSC senior leader with a title of Vice President or above.
  • Referrals cannot be made as a result of participation in and connections made at NAPA recruitment events.
  • Exceptions to this policy will only be made after consultation with the Recruitment Department and at NAPA’s sole discretion.
