Interview Process

Interview Process

We want to be sure that NAPA is a good fit for the needs of clinical candidates like you, and that you are a good fit for the anesthesia team. Once a Talent Acquisition team member reviews your materials, they will send it to the clinical chair/chief at the facility, who will reach out to you for a phone or video interview. Typically, this occurs within 48 hours.

Following this first outreach, if you are still considered a strong candidate for the position, the next step is an in-person interview, usually within 1-2 weeks. If you have any questions, always feel free to reach out to your Talent Acquisition team member. On the day of your in-person interview, be sure you dress professionally but practically to be comfortable touring the facility. If you are selected for the position, you will receive an offer.

As a corporate candidate, your interview will begin with a phone call or video interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team, followed by one or more phone, video, or in-person interviews with members of the department hiring team. If you are selected for the position, you will receive an offer.
