Location Facts:
- Joint Commission accredited facility caring for over 5,500 cases annually.
- AmSurg is an ambulatory surgery facility. Modern medical advances have made it possible for an adult or child to have non-emergency surgery and return home the same day.

Diverse case mix including endo, eyes, ortho, ENT, general and vascular

Responsibilities
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discusses anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
