As you finalize your resume/CV, remember the five C’s rule of thumb: Clear, Concise, Complete, Consistent, and Current. Make sure your resume/CV is well organized and readable, on point, includes keywords and expectations of the role, follows a logical order, and is updated.

Join the Team
Once you accept your offer, you will be contacted by an onboarding team member to walk you through the process. You will work with your new manager to confirm your start date, and you will receive materials to get started with benefits and payroll. You will also learn more about your new team and NAPA technology systems.
Clinical hires will receive information regarding credentialing and other clinical onboarding requirements. During this process, always feel comfortable asking questions. Your onboarding team is there to make getting started a seamless experience and set you up for success from day one!
