Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Management: Design and execute omnichannel recruitment marketing campaigns to attract high-quality talent for specialty roles. Leverage CRM, Google, social media, sourcing platforms, job boards, and other digital channels, optimizing campaign performance based on data insights.
- Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Oversee external agencies, platforms, and vendors to align talent-sourcing efforts with local and regional hiring needs. Adjust sourcing strategies to maximize resources, increase the candidate pipeline, and improve outreach efficiency. Maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with all partners to maximize the impact of recruitment marketing efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with recruiters to identify difficult-to-fill positions and optimize outreach strategies to engage active and passive talent.
- Lead Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement content strategies for managing candidate pipelines and driving engagement through CRM and ATS systems. Ensure strong alignment with the Talent Acquisition team’s efforts to maintain an active, engaged candidate pool.
- Market Research & Optimization: Conduct market research to analyze talent trends, competitor strategies, and insights specific to the anesthesia specialty. Use findings to refine and optimize sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to increase candidate quality and fit.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Own and manage the Power BI dashboard to track recruitment marketing success metrics. Provide actionable insights on metrics such as pipeline growth by channel and audience, lead-to-screen ratios, applicant-to-screen ratios, screen-to-interview ratios, interview-to-offer ratios, and offer acceptance rates. Use data to optimize campaigns and improve recruitment funnel efficiency.
- Campaign Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and monitor the performance of recruitment campaigns, adjusting tactics and strategies as necessary to maximize engagement, optimize results, and ensure recruitment targets are met.
- Use data and insights to refine content strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Skilled at establishing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Symphony Talent, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), including workflow creation, reporting, and integration management.
- Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and design tools such as Canva, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline funnels, nurture strategies, and drip marketing campaigns effectively.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using data to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and demands. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
