We are looking for a passionate certified Senior Data Analyst with excellent statistical knowledge and skills, who has a strong understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions using tools like SQL, Power BI, and more. The candidate will be joining a team of Analysts with over 40 years of combined healthcare analytics experience who appreciate learning, growing, and succeeding as a team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and iterate on reports and dashboards to empower operational and exploratory analysis
- Makes recommendations based on data for process improvement and strategic business decision making
- Develop in depth analyses using descriptive and statistical methods providing insight to team members for research and organizational change.
- Work with key stakeholders to design and implement a robust data pipeline, from sourcing, storing, and validating disparate data sources to performing analysis and communicating insights
- Provides guidance to junior team members and helps oversee quality of work, preparedness, and help educate on processes and tool.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication and organizations skills to help assist and manage projects
- Robust statistical knowledge
- 5+ year of hands-on experience with healthcare data analytics, preferably with Revenue Cycle Management
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and reporting tools (e.g. SSRS, Crystal, etc.) and building out reports for use at the operational and management levels
- Requires good interpersonal skills, ability to function in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to come up with innovative solutions.
