Helping clinicians discover opportunities that align with their goals is what drives me. Anesthesia providers dedicate their lives to caring for patients, and I’m passionate about ensuring they feel just as cared for in their careers. Whether it’s supporting a new graduate through their first job search or helping an experienced clinician find flexibility after life changes, I love being part of that journey.


I start by listening. Every clinician has unique priorities—clinical interests, family considerations, work culture, or schedule flexibility—and understanding those details is key to finding the right fit. For me, recruiting isn’t about filling roles; it’s about building trust and guiding people toward opportunities that reflect their values and lifestyle.


One moment that shaped my approach was helping a provider return to practice after having a baby. Her priorities had shifted, and together we found a role that supported both her career and her family. Experiences like this remind me that the “right fit” goes beyond a job description—it’s about creating balance and possibility.


Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband of 24 years and our two daughters, ages 10 and 12. Traveling, trying new experiences, and volunteering with local nonprofits keep me grounded and connected to my community. For me, whether through family, service, or career, connection is what makes life meaningful.
