We are recruiting Anesthesiologists for 1099 independent contractor roles across multiple facilities in California’s Central Valley. These locations include a mix of hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings, providing reliable case volume, efficient OR workflows, and strong clinical support. You’ll work across a broad case mix—including general surgery, orthopedics, OB, urology, ENT, and outpatient procedures—giving you both meaningful clinical variety and a balanced professional life. The region offers an active lifestyle, family friendly communities, and convenient access to major urban centers.


You’ll join an experienced, collaborative anesthesia team supported by a nationally recognized anesthesia organization committed to quality, patient safety, and operational excellence. Here, you can focus on caring for patients with confidence, backed by reliable systems and a culture that values teamwork, respect, and clinical excellence.

Requirements
  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited College of Medicine
  • Completion of an approved anesthesia residency program
  • Current, unrestricted physician license
  • ECFMG and FLEX (if applicable)
  • Ability to provide Articles of Incorporation
  • Active medical malpractice coverage
